Title: Supervisor / FMCG

Reports to: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities include - but are not limited to: 

• Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to maintain high performance and team spirit.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and hygiene of the store according to franchise standards
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Monitor sales performance and assist in meeting sales targets
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Prepare shift schedules and manage staff attendance
• Coordinate with management on promotions, stock, and operational needs

Requirements

• A minimum of high school diploma
• Proven supervisory experience in retail or food service 
• Proven team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills
