Job Description: Our client is seeking a highly ambitious and experienced Logistics Specialist to join their team. This role involves working closely with the sales department and clients, managing projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee supplies and inventory management through direct handling and subcontractors.
• Serve as the primary logistical contact for clients and suppliers via email or phone.
• Negotiate deadlines and manage communications regarding company forecasts and commitments.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service rates.
• Develop and manage performance indicators for efficient flow of goods.
• Conduct analysis and optimization of supply chain procedures, including cost, deadline, and quality optimizations.
• Engage with internal and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Candidate Profile:

• In-depth knowledge of customs, freight regulations, and logistic software tools.
• Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French; additional languages (Mandarin, Spanish) are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
