Responsibilities:

• Medium and long term planning of supplies and production of local and imported factories (group and external suppliers);
• liaising with suppliers, coordinating lead times, obtaining documents;
• creation in the system of orders for export and invoicing of products;
• selecting the best delivery method and warehouse;
• optimize inventory levels for low-margin and high-risk products to minimize write-offs;
• supply chain risk management, informing stakeholder departments;
• Participating in supply chain optimization/development projects, processes; working with master data;
• Participating in IBP process in terms of novelty management.

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics, logistics, supply chain;
• Experience in supply chain, at least 1 year in planning;
• an understanding of the components of the supply chain, knowledge of the fundamentals of transport logistics and customs clearance;
• Strong analytical skills, stress tolerance, quick learner, result oriented, ability to argue and defend your point of view;
• Advanced Excel;
• English at Upper- Intermediate level
