Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prevention/operational elimination of crisis and emergency situations arising in the provision of IT services of the company;
- Prompt reporting of accidents and crisis situations to IT staff and business users;
- Qualitative recording of emergencies and pre-emergency situations;
- Minimizing the adverse impact of problems arising from IT infrastructure errors on the core business of the organization.
Requirements:
- Experience managing a team;
- Experience in IT support or IT systems monitoring;
- Experience in project work for more than 1 year;
- Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL principles and understanding of crisis management, problem management, change management;
- Knowledge and understanding of database structure, PL/SQL (knowledge of basic objects, ability to write queries);
- Experienced MS Windows and Linux administrator.
- Conditions:
- Official registration in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
