TAG/Resource Manager:

· The candidate must have 10+ years of experience in the hiring and should have good technical knowledge in ERP, IT Skills, etc.

· Finding top talent and convincing them to bring their unique skills to thecompany. Responsible for end-to-end hiring: Sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and closing candidates for the requisitions within a hiring target date specified by the hiring manager.

· Manage domestic and US recruitment leads & recruiters.

· Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers for both US and India.

· Work closely with the seniors/ management to identify current and future talent needs.

· Participate in the branding.

· Should have the knowledge in any HRMS tool.

· Should have the knowledge in ISO &ISMS for HR process
