Min of 10 years of experience in IT recruitment space

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Strong knowledge of IT skills specifically ERP roles and technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in using recruiting software and tools such as ATS, job boards, and social media platforms

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment, and continually seek to improve recruitment processes and strategies
