Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve recruitment process, candidate search and evaluation methods;
Requirements:
- Maintaining up to 10 vacancies at a time (office positions and point-to-point top level in retail);
- Providing feedback to candidates on the results of communications, creating a positive image of the company as an employer and a positive candidate experience;
- Managing various candidate search channels including managing providers, maintaining and developing partner relationships;
- Advising line managers regarding the recruitment process, salary levels, recruitment timeframes and potential search restrictions;
- Preparation of analytical materials and reports on current and closed vacancies;
- Participation in other HR projects.
- Higher education
- English - upper intermediate level required (for HQ and expats in Russian office);
- 5+ years experience in recruitment (office positions)
- Interest in Fashion industry
