Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve recruitment process, candidate search and evaluation methods;

Requirements:

• Maintaining up to 10 vacancies at a time (office positions and point-to-point top level in retail);
• Providing feedback to candidates on the results of communications, creating a positive image of the company as an employer and a positive candidate experience;
• Managing various candidate search channels including managing providers, maintaining and developing partner relationships;
• Advising line managers regarding the recruitment process, salary levels, recruitment timeframes and potential search restrictions;
• Preparation of analytical materials and reports on current and closed vacancies;
• Participation in other HR projects.
• Higher education
• English - upper intermediate level required (for HQ and expats in Russian office);
• 5+ years experience in recruitment (office positions)
• Interest in Fashion industry
