Desired Profile :
- The ideal candidate should have 10 to 14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- They should be proficient in screening, sourcing, and hiring talented individuals for technology-focused roles.
- Strong experience in Executive or C-level hiring, encompassing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Proficiency in various social media channels, job boards, search firms, and similar platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, along with exceptional communication and articulation abilities. They should be adept at independently handling critical hiring requirements.
- Effective networking skills to build connections with the right talent pool, allowing for the acquisition of comprehensive market intelligence. They should also provide market data on competitors and peer organizations.
- Collaboration with the Talent Operations team and business leaders to successfully conclude the recruitment process within the given timeframe.
- Developing competencies and capabilities in the areas of market mapping, market intelligence, headhunting, and networking.
- Candidates with prior experience in Product, Technology, or SaaS companies are preferred.
- Immediate joiners with a competitive edge are highly desirable.
