Responsibilities:

• Managing the development team in terms of code quality, usability of development, frameworks, and controlling the correctness of technical decisions within the team;
• Executing team work scheduling;
• Carrying out technical audits of new requirements;
• Developing employees in the team;
• Helping implement necessary practices, processes and tools aimed at increasing the team's efficiency;
• Researching new frameworks;
• Driving cross-browser development of different functionality for PC and mobile devices in JS/TS;
• Refactor and optimize code;
• Cover your code with unit tests and participate in code reviews;
• Willingness to develop and learn new technologies together with the team.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript(ES6+, Asynchrony, Promises)
• 2 years experience with React/Redux + ecosystem(HOC, renderProps)
• Experience with redux-middlewares(redux-saga, redux-thunk, etc.)
• Experience with REST-api, WebSocket
• Experience with Git version control systems.
• Experience with Flow, Node.js, SSR, Nginx
• Experience of managing a team of 1 year or more and setting up appropriate processes in the team
