The Role

Responsible for cost reduction, supplier performance, risk mitigation, support to top line growth and innovation through the leverage of Procurement best practice tools.

Ensure local stakeholder management to ensure alignment between business and procurement objectives.

The Person

Education: University degree (Economic, Engineering)

Work Experience: 5/7+ years working in procurement  - experience in Direct Materials in automotive equipment manufacturer environment.

Experienced in managing stakeholder relationships - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels in the business

Experienced in working in  a matrix organization (shared goals with Category Teams)

Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset and result oriented: Capable of managing complexity with low level of information, decision maker and ability to execute.

German speaking mandatory.
