Team Leader IT Support Europe Central & West (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Lead the international Europe Central and West support team
- First internal contact for region related support matters
- Responsible for the compliance of the SLAs in your region
- Additionally handle 2nd Level Support tickets
- Support representative for customers of your region (1st escalation contact)
- Monitor the performance of your team
- Responsible for training and knowledge transfer of your team
- Coordinate Software Updates with the SW-Update team
Your profile:
- Graduate IT degree
- Minimum 8 years of practical working experience in the telecommunication industry
- Linux OS server knowledge
- Experience in handling and administration of 2nd level tickets or equivalent knowledge
- Goal and solution orientated and having well-structured working approach
- Strong persevering and efficient in finalization of working tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
