Job Description
Responsibilities:
- You lead, motivate and coach internal sales advisors in achieving their sales objectives;
- You take care of the daily planning and organisation of the activities of the members of your team;
- You provide a correct analysis of the sales result and bring up initiatives to improve the results;
- You implement the sales strategy: you translate the sales strategy into operational goals for your team/region and follow these up closely;
- You hold individual coaching and performance interviews with your subordinates and support their further growth and development;
- You remain up-to-date via the media and the news, and follow up your markets closely.
Requirements:
- You are good at coaching and motivating employees and have experience as an office sales worker;
- You have commercial flair and know how to pass this on to your team members;
- You have a very good knowledge of Russian and English;
- Planning and organising are part of your skills;
- You have a sense of responsibility, are result-oriented and like to take initiative;
- You are prepared for business trips.
