You are responsible for the support of the AGT products (actuators and controllers for turbomachines) at our worldwide customers.

 

Together with your team you ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

 

You achieve this through timely and high-quality services (including troubleshooting and troubleshooting on customer systems, field work, professional implementation of inspections, maintenance, repairs, repair work and tests on electro-hydraulic actuating and control technology).

 

You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the service.

We require several years of professional experience coupled with knowledge of hydraulics, electronics and control technology as well as a very good general technical understanding.

 

You also have first management experience and motivate your employees (m/f/d) through your own example and knowledge.

 

You have good knowledge of SAP and MS Office.

 

Your German and English skills, both written and spoken, are good.

 

You work in a solution-oriented manner and keep calm in a stormy environment, have a confident demeanor and are skilled in dealing with customers.
