Electronics Technical Lead will drive development and engineering progress, leading internal and external members. This role focuses on fostering innovation, enhancing technical skills, and aligning team efforts with project goals.

Tasks & Responsibilities:  (Major task and role person will have to perform – list all the relevant points)            

• Develop architectural concepts in multidisciplinary teams and manage outsourcing activities.
• Specify electronic modules and components and contribute specialist knowledge in electronic engineering fields.
• Apply hands-on knowledge from concept phase to production of high-end mechatronic systems.
• Ensure product compliance with EMI/EMC and safety standards, guiding the team in troubleshooting and solution analysis.
• Manage and optimize process workflows, ensuring proper steps and procedures during the design process.
• Organize design activities, plan and conceptualize new products.
• Support manufacturing/production and supply chain decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transfer of new products into production and the marketplace.
• Manage and allocate team members to various tasks based on project requirement

Education & Trainings:  (Basic & Professional)

• B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech

Technical knowhow:  (Mention the technology on which person must be experienced)

Mandatory

• Expertise in Mixed Signal, Analog, and Digital Circuit Design including Signal and Power
• Knowledge of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and communication protocols (SPI, I2C, USB, UART, CAN, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, RS485).
• Experienced in complete Product Development Life Cycle.
• Worked in Schematic Design in Altium.
• Proficiency in Multi-layer High-Speed Impedance Control board design (minimum 8 layers).
• Skilled in using electronic tools and instruments (Oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.) with excellent debugging skills and analytical reasoning.
• Experience in ensuring designs meet compliance standards (safety, ESD, EMI/EMC).
• Knowledge of Change/Configuration Management and ECN processes is a plus

• AC to DC Power Supply, motor drives(BLDC, Stepper) Design and debugging
