Job Description
Key tasks:
- Providing information, advice and technical support both to sales and to the customers, directly or via trainings and product presentations.
- Gathering information from the customers and assisting in preparation of the best possible technical solutions fulfilling their needs.
- Assistance with system design and implementation.
- Providing installation and commissioning guidance and assistance – including on-site support if needed.
- Monitoring the market and competitor products and providing relevant reports and information in order to improve the company offer.
- Planning and prioritising personal activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, especially managing personal time and productivity.
- Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and product demonstrations.
- Consistently increasing the technical knowledge about the industry, specific products and systems
Requirements:
- Broad technical knowledge of fire alarm systems, technical security systems - CCTV (analogue, digital and IP), burglary systems and ACC.
- 2+ years in technical security systems industry.
- Bsc engineer of electronics, or security engineer.
- Excellent interpersonal competences and presentation skills.
- Good analytical skills to provide swift diagnoses of problems. Equally essential are excellent customer care and communication skills, and an awareness of the varying levels of their clients’ technical competency.
- Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of hardware and software problems.
- Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change.
- Ability to function in a self-directed environment.
- Efficient in time management.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
