We are looking for an Architect to plan and design IT systems and oversee the implementation of IT projects. The candidate must be a great communicator, able to explain complex business needs in technical terms. They should have hands-on experience in designing reliable and scalable IT solutions, with a strong background in development and the ability to handle complex projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8 to 12 years of overall IT work experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Architect, with involvement in at least 5 enterprise projects throughout SDLC

• Managed or worked on at least 5 Mobile applications or IoT development projects as the Lead Design / Architect

• Experience working with cross-functional teams of at least 15 members as a Technical Architect

• Proficient in High-level design, Low-level designs, design patterns, UML, and Software architecture principles

• Minimum 6 years of Software Developer experience using Java and Spring Boot

• Skilled in programming languages like Java, Struts, JavaScript, and other frameworks

• Experience in Service Oriented Architectures/ Microservices/ Distributed/ Cloud architectures

• Proficient in integrating legacy systems through web services (REST/ SOAP)

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Linux, and Windows OS

• Strong knowledge of Web and Application Servers like HTTPd, NGINX, Apache Tomcat

• Strong knowledge of Algorithms, YAML, JSON, Kafka, databases (SQL and NoSQL), DB performance tuning, and application scalability

• Ability to articulate trade-offs and make high-impact technology and design decisions

• Experience in application security, industry best practices, and load balancing

• Familiarity with different SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Iterative waterfall methodologies

• Knowledge in E-commerce, ERP, and IoT domains is advantageous

• Awareness of the latest technologies and trends

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic collaborative team environment

• Proactive approach, excellent attention to detail, oral and written communication skills

• Ability to present and explain technical information to management, users, vendors, and technical staff
