The Role
We are currently looking fo teammates for our technical business consulting. The ideal candidate should be able to help us to find the best fit clients for the open positions.
We are mainly focused on IT, Embedded Engineering, Telecommunications, Digitalisation Roles.

Your tasks
Take responsibility and ensure through your persistence and enthusiasm that you get the best selection for the customer
Understand the partners' challenges and support them throughout the project follow up
Work with the team on strategic projects to create, open up new areas and improve the partner's success
You conduct negotiations with top partners within the industry in order to sign them and at the same time ensure a good return on investment for both sides
Identify new business opportunities and build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of your partners and continuously improve the end-to-end project developments, from the first pitch
You keep an eye on your goals and form partnerships directly in the field or over the telephone
The Ideal Candidates
your profile
You already have initial experience in the proactive development of customer relationships
You bring along entrepreneurial thinking and independent work
Proactive and goal-oriented way of working
You are enthusiastic and passionate when it comes to a project and excitement new partners by screening the BD strategy
Excellent oral communication both in person and over the phone
Fluency in English (other languages are a plus) are a prerequisite
German Language is a strong plus
You are a team player (male / female) with a positive spirit and energy and contribute to a great culture
Self-motivated, inspiring, target oriented
Strong communication skills
You create a network of experts in your field
You make target oriented search for specific markets against your profession background, find the best in the field, convinde them for a long-term relationship.
Accessilibity to different clien pools is a plus.
