Your tasks

 

Develop new applications/solutions in the environment of monitoring systems in the markets of raw material processing (e. g. in rolling mills) as well as for hydropower plants and the paper industry through the use of AI-algorithms.

 

Develop, formulate and characterize requirements and use cases in collaboration with our group divisions, focusing on AI-driven condition monitoring solutions.

 

Smooth implementation of business requirements and high-end technologies in our cross-functional project teams while adhering to specified timelines, budgets and scope.

 

Execute customer projects as Technical Lead to implement the Health Performance Solution portfolio into the customer's process and system landscape.

 

Coordinate, prioritize and document deliverables and communicate to respective stakeholders. Guide and mentor members of multiple project teams on various tasks.

 

Collaborate with external vendors and partners and ensure their deliverables that meet our business requirements.

 

Lead and motivate a cross-functional project team in an agile development cycle approach as part of company IT digital activities.

 

Perform other tactical or strategic special tasks and roles as required by business needs.

English Language C1

 

Degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Digital Technologies, Information Technology, Industrial Management) with several years of professional experience up to 5 years.

 

Good user knowledge in MS Office.

 

Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English; German is desirable.

 

People oriented and outgoing personality as well as proven team player and open minded.

 

Willingness to travel internationally is given (40 %)
