Skill Requirements

● Experience in web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3. 

● Strong understanding of JavaScript, object-oriented JS 

● Knowledge of PHP, and Python programming languages. 

● Proficient with asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, JQuery, and AJAX. 

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with good time management and organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Understand merchant’s business needs and devise appropriate solutions. 

● Research, diagnose and troubleshoot solutions to resolve customer issues. 

● Take ownership of merchants issues reported and see problems through to resolution. 

● Look into daily tasks assigned and resolve them. 

● Communicate work status to merchants and internal stakeholders on a regular basis 

● Track key metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.
