We are currently hiring for a Technical Support Analyst for our client, which is a multinational FMCG organization majorly engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of breakfast cereals and other convenience food products. The successful candidate will have 4 - 8 years of expertise in IBM Sterling Integration. 

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IBM Sterling Integrator

• Expertise in Application Support and Operations Analysis, preferably working on Human Resources Systems, Integrations and IT processes 

• Exposure in L2 & L3 support and Troubleshooting complex issues alongside working with cross functional teams
