Responsibilities:
Interaction with support services and back office, analysis and elaboration of feedback from Partners (technical errors, complaints and suggestions), implementation of improvements
Support and further implementation of new software, including integration with partners
Implementing new products and services, technologies, service processes, information security and compliance requirements in Partner networks, in the software used
Requirements:
Written and verbal English (C1) - communication with overseas counterparts.
Higher technical, financial or liberal arts education and more than 3 years work experience in Operations, Technology or Financial Banking.
Analytical, logical thinking
Multitasking, ability to switch over quickly
Attention to details
Willingness to learn new things and develop all the time
Project management skills are a plus
