Job Description
Only for candidates with fluent Russian.
Responsibilities:
- Support users on the current functionality of the systems used (SAP, Salesforce).
- Operational processing of user requests, transferring requests to the regional technical support.
- Advising users on the functionality of the systems.
- Business needs analysis while changing and/or implementing new business processes.
- Formation of requests for changes to systems to technical support and control over their implementation.
- Test releases.
- Conducting training and testing of key and end users.
- Managing system accesses.
Requirements:
- Higher/Secondary specialized education.
- Experience of 1 year or more in customer support/customer service.
- Experience with MS Office, G-Suite.
- Understanding of CRM, ERP (preferably SAP).
- Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
