• Engage with various teams, including experts from other SAP modules like FS-PQM, FS-CM, FS-CD, FS-ICM, and FS-RI, to define and grasp the requirements and subsequently communicate the system solutions.
• Work closely with multifunctional/technical teams to prioritize tasks, address dependencies, and execute system development.
• Develop proficiency in other SAP modules.

• Possess deep knowledge of the insurance domain, especially in Property & Casualty (P&C) lines of business.
• Familiarity with FS-PM business processes, including New Business, Inquiry, Endorsement, Renewal, Reset, and Reversal.
• Understand integration aspects of other SAP for Insurance modules such as FS-RI, FS-CM, FS-CD, and FS-BP.
• Hands-on experience in implementing FS-PM in at least two project life cycles.
• Accumulate 4 years or more of experience in SAP Policy Management (FS-PM), spanning both implementation and support projects.
• Proficiency in concepts like Check & Derive, Time Model Function, Update Run, and Object Management within FS-PM.
• Possess a clear comprehension of PBT (Policy Benefit Type).
• Strong programming skills in ABAP, ABAP on HANA, and ABAP Object-Oriented Programming.
• Excel in debugging skills.
• Familiarity with Webservices, REST APIs, regular APIs, and RFC (Remote Function Call).
• Proficiency in developing RICEF objects.
• Expertise in customizing standard layout sets in SAP Scripts and Smart Forms.
• Advanced knowledge of ABAP BADI (Business Add-In).
• Thorough understanding of Agile processes such as SCRUM and KANBAN, along with best practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a rapid learner.
