Designation: Territory Manager
Location: Lucknow
Coverage Area: Lucknow and nearby locations
Product Segment: Sales MAS
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical devices sales.
Qualification: Any Graduate, preferably with a science background (B.Sc., B Pharma, Biotech, Life Sciences, Bio-Med Engineers, etc.)
Job Summary:
Responsible for achieving sales and market share targets in the assigned state/territory by promoting our products to clinicians & surgeons across the healthcare value chain and building relationships with internal and external customers.Key Responsibilities:
- To retain & provide service to previous and current accounts and develop new accounts to meet sales targets through effective technical sales presentations and utilization of support services.
- To achieve or overachieve the assigned budget.
- To provide effective, efficient, professional service and advice to ensure client satisfaction of the highest level.
- KOL Management in Coordination with the marketing team to promote all new products to KOLs.
- Timely submission of weekly reports, weekly plans & Expenses.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and report about them to zonal managers
- Coordinate with distributors regarding all sales activities, logistic support & payment collection.
- Attend all workshops and training programs when offered
