Job Description
Territory Manager is responsible for managing the relationship between Company and Retailer (gasoline filling stations) at cluster/site level, ensuring delivery of Company’s Customer Commitment and Sales & Operations targets, professional business coach and consultant representing the Company’s brand in the highly exposed retail market.
Requirements:
- Broad competence in Retail Sales & Operations;
- Demonstrable competence in implementing standard processes, achieving sales targets, building relationships, delivering customer commitments and negotiating;
- Degree in Business Administration or similar;
- Good English language skills;
- High mobility and existing driver's license is a precondition;
- Strong Leadership skills, experience in coaching and team development.
