Job Description:
Title: Territory Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager
Reports to: RSM
Location: Bangalore & Mumbai
Key points: Must have suture and Cardiovascular experience
Total Experience: 2-5 years of experience in medical devices
Professional Qualifications: B.SC graduate/ B.pharma
Position & Functional Goals:
Drive sales in defined territory to achieve revenue targets, profitable growth and gain market share. The sales executive is held accountable for providing accurate and timely sales forecast. Serve as the primary contact with all new opportunities. Provides update reports to regional sales manager regarding conversion Ratios, market coverage, Quota attainment, and Customer Satisfaction. Demonstrate collaborative approach within peer group. Develop and execute strategies for generating leads, building pipelines and closing opportunities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales generation in the assigned
territory.
· Responsible for selling total solutions to target; non-enterprise accounts (high-risk / up
selling renewals; new business).
· Responsible to drive customer engagement and product evaluation in the OT.
· Establish and build deep understanding of various key customer and stakeholder needs.
· In-depth understanding and analyse of the competitive landscape.
· Analyse impact of market trends and factors on customers.
· Develop strategic account plans for closing deals and achieving sales revenue goals.
· Negotiating long term contracts.
· Achieving the sales quota in the assigned territory.
Employee Specification & Key Competencies:
Self-driven, competitive attitude, strong learning ability and problem-solving skills, should have clinical selling, Strong Interpersonal and Presentation skills, excellent communication, Negotiation Skills, Digital Capabilities.
