Job Purpose

• This position is primarily responsible for the strategic and technical implementation and on-going support of the business process automations.The position is responsible to drive & manage digitization across the IT landscape

• Key Responsibilities

• Identify, implement and track Automation projects and effectiveness.
•  Own the governance framework for Automation processes in IT
•  Responsible for the delivery of automation that is secure, efficient, and accurate.
• Coordinate with the business stakeholders and agency responsible for designing and building the automation.
• Own the ITSM tool for RE and ensure end-to-end new implementation and enhancement of the tool.
• Configuration of workflows in ITSM tools for SRs, CRs, and others.
• Development of tools to instrument internal support and operational processes.
• Work closely with Delivery and Operations to develop an end-to-end automated platform.
• Analyzing and understanding the IT processes
• Resolve issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
• Roll out of AI bot for other use cases.
