SYSTEM SIMULATION ENGINEER

Location: Šempeter pri Gorici, Ljubljana or Maribor

Roles & Responsibilites:

• Requirement engineering for development of automotive traction drive systems (inverter and/or e-motor) according to automotive SPICE
• Collect, prepare and manage customer requirements in requirement database
• Plan, organize and coordinate customer requirement analysis with the internal project teams (development, testing/validation, quality, supply chain, manufacturing, …etc.)
• Lead and record meetings with customer in requirement discussion and clarification
• Responsible for customer requirement baseline, compliance matrix and exception list
• Analyze and specify system requirements for automotive traction drive systems (inverter and/or e-motor) in cooperation with all involved project teams
• Plan, coordinate and drive activities to facilitate system requirement specification
• Responsible for system requirement analysis process according to automotive SPICE
• Interface between customer and the internal project teams in area of requirement management
• Further development and optimization of requirement management process
• support on automotive SPICE supporting process group (e.g. change request management, configuration management, problem resolution management).

Skills & Strengths:

• VII / 1 level of professional field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or other relevant technical field
• at least 3 years of practical experience in development of complex mechatronic products preferably automotive drive systems

(inverter and/or e-motor)

• Very good technical understanding and knowledge in development of automotive products with hardware, software, e-motor, sensor, mechanics)
• Experience in automotive system engineering with focus on requirement management
• Experience in requirement management tools e.g. Polarion, Doors,…

Experience in project team coordination.
