Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the company's product promotion strategy in the CIS sales channels, taking into account the peculiarities of local markets.
- Analysis of markets by category and representation (market dynamics, monitoring of prices, competitor activity, etc.).
- Usage of effective promotion tools for the company's portfolio adapted to the countries of focus.
- Planning, coordination and launch of trade marketing activities according to the established calendar of support.
- Gathering, analyzing and reporting on activities and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Supervising the budget and budget utilization for trade and marketing activities.
- Interfacing with partners in the focus territories including visits and audits to the sales force and pharmacies.
- Cross functional interaction within the company.
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- 3 years experience in Trade Marketing (experience in pharmaceutical industry is an advantage).
- Mastery of trade marketing tools.
- Analytical skills, independence, flexibility in approach to assigned tasks.
- Work on the result, communication.
