Job Description
Responsibilites:
- Planning, development and implementation of marketing campaigns in Pharmacy chains aimed at increasing the turnover
- Development, organization, monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, incl. the introduction of a new product on the market: ensure KPI for activities & evaluating efficiency of investments (ROI)
- Achieve excellent business and commercial results (sales & market share growth in the retail channel, revenue and gross margin growth in selected channel/category or others)
- Develop new business opportunities for partners, existing partners, existing activities development
Requirements:
- Experience in working in pharma industry more than 3 years
- Strong trade marketing background(in Pharma industry),
- Experience in e-com channel development,
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market in Russia, the specifics of large retail players
- Financial management experience: allocation resources, BOI / ROI calculation, additional resource justification and utilization,
- Strong developed analytical, communication, presentation and project management skills
- English: Upper-Intermediate
