Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the promotion strategy of the company's products in sales channels in the CIS countries, taking into account the peculiarities of local markets.
- Analysis of markets by category and representation (market dynamics, price monitoring, competitor activity, etc.).
- Usage of effective tools to promote the company's portfolio, adapted to the countries of focus.
- Planning, coordinating and launching trade marketing activities according to the established calendar of support.
- Collection, analysis and preparation of reports on the activities carried out, evaluation of their effectiveness.
- Control over assigned budget and its use in terms of trade and marketing activities.
- Interaction with partners in the focus territories, including visits and audits to sales offices and pharmacies.
- Cross-functional interaction within the company.
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- 3 years experience in trade marketing (experience in pharmaceutical industry is an advantage).
- Mastery of trade marketing tools.
- Analytical skills, independence, flexibility in approach to assigned tasks.
- Work on the result, communication.
Conditions:
- Office in the center of Moscow.
