My client is a multi-billion dollar FMCG company having a legacy of 200 years. They have a state-of-the-art technology center in India and they are expanding their operations here.

They are looking for Business Transformation Manager who would be responsible to drive large, complex, multi-phased, Initiatives that helps to deliver process improvement capabilities that are identified by the Leadership. The role would also play a critical role in initiation of projects defining, structuring and building a deliverable based plan in leading cross-functional teams to focus on outcomes that has business value meeting strategic objectives.

Who are we looking for?

• Post Graduate with 10+ years of experince and have driven global level business transformation in one or more areas- finance, supply chain, sustainability, new capabilities centers, global trade, customer service, Human resources etc
• experienced in providing high impact solutions / cost savings for pain points identified by leaders in respective business functions driving tangible outcome
• experienced in tracking, managing, channelizing and reporting transition or transformation projects with high intensity stakeholder (C-suite) connect
• Understands the overall organizational strategy and influence the cross functional team to align on the strategic initiative
• Excellent people management skills and collaboration
• Experience involving in S4 HANA implementations is an added advantage
• Experince in consulting / FMCG background is preferred
