Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily treasury back-office operations including trade confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations
- Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled batch jobs and EOD processes in treasury systems
- Assist in automating recurring tasks using basic scripting (Linux/Shell preferred)
- Proficient in SQL programming
- Provide first-level support for treasury system issues and coordinate with IT/vendors for resolution
- Run standard reports and assist in regulatory and internal reporting processes
- Help test and validate system changes, patches, and new modules
- Maintain proper documentation and logs for operational processes and system changes
- Coordinate with finance, middle office, and compliance for data and reporting needs
Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and basic shell scripting
- Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., K+, Murex, Calypso – K+ preferred)
- Understanding of trade lifecycle for FX, Money Market, and Fixed Income products
- Basic exposure to SWIFT messages ISO 20022, file transfers, and reconciliation processes
- Hands-on experience in Excel (lookups, pivots, basic macros)
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Certifications in treasury operations or financial systems (desirable)
