Experience: 5 - 10 years in Treasury Operations & Technology Implementation
Compensation: Commensurate with experience and expertise

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support implementation and enhancement of Back Office modules in treasury platforms
• Automate workflows using Linux shell scripting and batch processing
• Configure trade lifecycle activities for settlement, confirmation, accounting, and reconciliation
• Integrate treasury platforms with SWIFT, General Ledger, reconciliation, and regulatory systems
• Provide production support, UAT coordination, user training, and documentation

Collaborate with front office, finance, IT, and risk stakeholders to ensure end-to-end coverage

Functional Knowledge Required:

• Hands-on understanding of treasury products:
  • Foreign Exchange (FX) – Spot, Forward, Swap
  • Money Market – Call, Term Deposits, Interbank
  • Fixed Income – Bonds, T-Bills
  • Derivatives – Interest Rate Swaps, FX Options
• Knowledge of trade lifecycle and back office processes

Technical Skills:

• Strong in Linux/Unix scripting and batch automation
• Knowledge of treasury platforms such as Murex, Calypso, Kondors suite
• Kondor plus / K+TP   experience preferred
• Familiarity with SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022
• Proficient in SQL and troubleshooting batch-related issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in treasury technology and back-office operations
• Strong analytical and communication skills
