Job Description

We are looking for a UI Tech lead to join our cutting-edge development team as it grows. We want someone who is comfortable asking “why?” The ideal candidate is a divergent thinker who has a knack for learning fast and executing. They are a team player possessing good analytical as well as technical skills. They are able to communicate and understand the logic behind technical decisions to non-tech stakeholders. They must be comfortable working in an agile environment and have the ability to “take the wheel” when necessary.

As a UI Tech lead, you will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the configuration portal using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS and Angular 12 & above.

Skills and Qualifications

● Have 8 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

● Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular JS(1.8 and above), Angular 12 and above

● Be familiar with software development using Scripting languages.

● Be excited to work with cloud-based architectures and distributed databases.

Responsibilities

● Will be responsible for the end-to-end development & maintenance of the configuration portal using the mentioned skill set(Angular JS & Angular)

● Will be managing a team of 5-6 members and helping in the code reviews & team mentoring along with the individual deliverables.

● Maintain and improve all aspects of the web application.

● Ability to technically mentor and lead developers on the team.

● Will have to understand and learn the existing customer framework depending on the business need.

● Developing and maintaining enterprise SaaS software user interfaces.

● Perform unit, functional, and end-to-end testing.

● Optimize the web application and supporting services for maximum speed.

● Collaborate and work on the architecture to improve usability and scalability.
