Job Responsibilities:

• Craft user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate and communicate design

concepts effectively to stakeholders and development teams.

• Develop and execute creative and innovative UI designs for digital products, ensuring

seamless user interactions, intuitive navigation, and compelling visual aesthetics.

• Demonstrate the ability to provide multiple mock-ups and showcase a range of

options to bring a single concept to life

• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the design system, ensuring

consistency and efficiency across all user interfaces from Atomic Design to modular

Design .

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure

the design vision is consistently maintained throughout the development lifecycle.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, best practices, and emerging

technologies in the UX/UI field.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX with Strong portfolio showcasing

creative design skills.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and

advanced Figma skills.

• Design user-centric solutions that are simple and effective; transforming ideas and

concepts into wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.

• Strong understanding of core graphic design principles including: typography, color

theory, and layout design.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks,

and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• A deep love of design systems, passion for branding, and a keen eye for detail.

• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for apps and web, with a strong technical

proficiency for designing for digital platforms.• Ability to produce results both independently and collaboratively

• Producing clear design specs for Front-end developers and strong understanding of

HTML/CSS

• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
