Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
  • Provide expert diagnosis and treatment of urological conditions, including prostate cancer, bladder cancer, and kidney stones.
  • Perform a wide range of urological procedures, such as laparoscopic surgery, robotic surgery, and minimally invasive procedures.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans and manage complex urological cases.
  • Offer compassionate and empathetic patient care, addressing their concerns and providing reassurance.
• Clinical Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in clinical audits and research projects to advance the field of urology.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in urology technology and techniques.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Essential:
  • Board certification in Urology
  • Significant clinical experience in urology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are advantageous)
• Desirable:
  • Fellowship training in a relevant subspecialty (e.g., urologic oncology, urodynamics)
  • Experience in a multicultural healthcare setting
  • A passion for teaching and research
