We're looking for a superstar recruiter to join our team and help us find top tech talent for our US clients.

What you'll do:

• Source, screen, and interview amazing IT candidates
• Partner with Account Managers to understand client needs
• Develop winning recruitment strategies
• Evaluate candidates and match them to perfect roles
• Negotiate offers and close the deal
• Build strong relationships with both clients and internal teams

What you bring:

• 3-5 years of US IT recruitment experience
• Strong understanding of the US tech market
• Excellent sourcing and screening skills
• Top-notch communication and negotiation abilities
• A passion for building relationships
