My client is a leading provider of IT, Engineering, and Business talent services based in the U.S.,Virginia and has been serving over 100 global clients since 2010. With a team of over 500 highly skilled professionals, they collaborate across sectors including Government, Automotive, Power, Healthcare, and Education.

Our client is growing in terms of revenue and numbers over the last decade, and wanted to expand their operations to India, specifically in Chennai. Hence, they have partnered with Antal in setting up an office. This will go about the next 12-15 months and during this tenure, you will be operating out of Antal premises and Antal will be running your payroll while you reporting directly to our client in the US. This will be a 5 days WFO on-site opportunity, and our Antal office is in Gopalapuram.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our client’s expansion into Chennai and be part of a dynamic team delivering consultancy and talent services across various industry verticals.

Responsibilities include:

·         Experienced US recruiter sought (3-6 years).

·         Identify, screen, and contact candidates.

·         Collaborate with Account Managers on client staffing needs.

·         Develop effective recruiting strategies.

·         Evaluate candidate suitability.

·         Recommend best candidates and negotiate terms.

·         Build strong relationships with teams and clients.
