Job Description
Vehicle Diagnostics Engineers (Automotive)
Tasks and qualifications:
You design and implement the end of line system (end of line) in our plant in Aschaffenburg and are also responsible for the software for commissioning, checking and optimizing our ECUs/control devices/forklift trucks
You verify the implemented functions with the help of diagnostic tools and implement the necessary programs for the production area
You test the diagnostic functionalities on existing test benches in the laboratory and directly on the vehicle and have a large interface to internal departments such as development, production, quality assurance and external service providers
Your Profil
Englisch Language Level C1
Must German Language Level min. C1
You have a degree (diploma/master/bachelor) in computer science, business informatics, electrical engineering or a similar course
You have several years of professional experience in vehicle diagnostics and/or electronic vehicle commissioning in the production environment and production technology or have knowledge with comparable qualifications
You have programming knowledge in a high-level language and, if desired, other scripting languages
You combine your knowledge with experience in dealing with diagnostic tools (e.g., GradeX) and common diagnostic protocols (e.g., UDS)
You have an independent, structured way of working and are characterized by pronounced skills to present complex issues in a structured way and to familiarize yourself with new topics
Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written, round off your profile)
You are responsible for providing competent advice to internal and external stakeholders and preparing information based on international frameworks (GHG Protocol, TCFD, CDP, GRI)
They support the creation of an internal knowledge database (initiative catalogue, potential) and the further development of sustainability management
