Role
A senior leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of complex analytics, data engineering and transformation programs, managing strategic accounts, and enabling business growth through consultative engagement and execution excellence.
Responsibilities
Delivery Management
- Oversee planning and execution of complex programs ensuring timelines, quality, and cost efficiency
- Manage delivery budgets, forecasting, and resource optimization
- Lead and mentor large, distributed teams across multiple delivery models
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders and drive execution excellence
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Business Development
- Lead pre-sales and consultative sales initiatives
- Develop tailored solutions aligned to client business needs
- Drive RFP responses, presentations, and bid management
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements
- Represent delivery capabilities in client-facing engagements
Account Management
- Ensure SLA adherence and high levels of client satisfaction
- Own account P&L and drive operational efficiency
- Expand accounts through long-term partnerships and growth initiatives
- Optimize resource utilization across engagements
- Strengthen client relationships and support retention strategies
Required Skills
a. Technical & Functional
- Strong expertise in data analytics, data engineering, data science, and digital transformation
- Experience in managing large-scale, complex delivery programs
- Understanding of system integration and enterprise technology landscapes
b. Consulting & Leadership
- Proven experience in consulting, pre-sales, and delivery leadership
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to manage large teams (100+ resources) across geographies
- Experience driving account growth and managing P&L

Experience & Education
- Extensive experience in analytics, digital delivery, or technology consulting leadership roles

- Experience managing large accounts and driving business growth
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum 4 years) or equivalent qualification
