This is a newly created strategic role, designed to enhance group-wide performance and operational excellence across a collection of luxury island resorts.
The Role
-
Lead the operational strategy across multiple high-end resorts.

Support General Managers to elevate guest experience, profitability, and service consistency.

Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and process optimization.

Mentor and develop resort leadership teams, building a culture of excellence.

Partner closely with the CEO on growth and performance initiatives.
The Ideal Profile
-
10–15 years of senior leadership experience in luxury resort or hotel operations (GM, Cluster GM, or Regional level).

Proven success managing multi-property operations.

Strong financial, strategic, and people leadership capabilities.

Background in front-of-house operations and guest service excellence.

Degree in Hotel Management or a related field (Master’s preferred).
