The Role:

As a VP-Engineering, you will lead our client's technology division's growth, driving innovation, and shaping the strategic vision. Your leadership extends to guiding software development and IT teams, upholding a standard of excellence. You'll spearhead Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) projects, ensuring value delivery to our diverse client base. Crafting customized tech solutions for key clients, you'll foster collaboration, drive operational excellence, and cultivate strong global customer relationships. Your role transcends technology; it's about innovation, growth, and customer-centricity in the dynamic landscape of digital education.

Qualifications:

• 17+ years of experience in technology-related roles, including substantial work as a technical architect.
• Strong experience in handling Application Development and Maintenance projects.
• Proficiency in Agile-SCRUM methodologies and tools like Jira or equivalent.
• Experience working with international customers, particularly in US and UK markets & managing large scale teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with employees at all levels.
• Proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships with team members and customers, coupled with coaching and mentoring skills.
• Highly motivated and self-directed, with excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
