Key Responsibilities

1. Experience & Leadership

• Lead daily warehouse operations in a multi-channel fulfilment environment (B2B & B2C).
• Manage a team of 8–10 executives/assistant managers and 100+ blue-collar associates.
• Drive workforce productivity, training, and motivation to ensure seamless execution.

2. Process & Technology

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse processes—receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP, Uniware, or equivalent tools.
• Comfortable with MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis) for reporting and tracking.

3. Inventory & Order Fulfilment

• Manage order fulfilment at scale:
• B2B: ~2,500–3,000 cases dispatched daily for 10–15 vendors.
• B2C: ~3,500–4,000 orders processed daily.
• Oversee inventory of 70,000–80,000 units (~₹15–20 Cr in value) with accuracy and process adherence.
• Ensure high service levels, timely dispatch, and zero stock variances.

4. Relocation & Workplace Flexibility

• Comfortable with daily travel/relocation within a 20–25 km radius of Bhiwandi.
• Flexible to adapt to operational needs and extended hours when required.

5. Qualifications & Communication

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field).
• 6+ years of experience in warehouse operations and team leadership.
• Strong problem-solving, people management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable in English and Hindi for team coordination.
