WAREHOUSE MANAGER 
1) Warehouse Operations & Management
- Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in daily warehouse operations (receiving, storing, picking, packing, dispatching).- Ensure the optimization of warehouse layout for efficient storage and picking of goods.- Monitor and manage warehouse equipment and consumables, ensuring regular maintenance and repair schedules for equipment as well as stock for consumables.
2) Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate stock levels by conducting weekly physical stock audits.- Develop and implement stock management processes
3) Team Management & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff; delegate tasks to maintain efficient workflow.- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing team.- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
4) Process Improvement
- Constantly identify opportunities for process optimization, cost savings, and improved operational efficiency.- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.
