Job Summary:

The Logistics Manager / Senior Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s logistics and distribution network. The role involves planning, managing, and optimizing transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery operations to ensure seamless product movement across the supply chain. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in e-commerce or retail logistics, hands-on knowledge of 3PL management, and the ability to implement efficient, scalable, and cost-effective logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily logistics and distribution operations including transportation, dispatch, and delivery.

• Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment centers to ensure smooth order processing.

• Plan and execute cost-effective logistics strategies to reduce operational costs.

• Liaise with internal teams (Procurement, Sales, and Supply Chain Planning) for timely dispatches.

• Handle vendor and 3PL partner relationships, contracts, and performance monitoring.

• Analyze logistics performance metrics (TAT, delivery accuracy, vehicle utilization, cost per delivery).

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and government logistics regulations.

• Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization initiatives.

• Experience & Qualifications:

• Graduate / MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics Management.

• 6–12 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in retail or e-commerce companies.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, transportation planning, and 3PL operations.

• Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
