Key Responsibilities

1) Odoo ERP Operations:
- Accurately input, review, and manage sales orders, ensuring timely processing and fulfillment.- Generate and validate delivery notes and invoices for dispatched goods.- Handle product returns efficiently, verifying the condition of returned items, updating inventory records, and generating credit notes as necessary.
2) Inventory Tracking:
- Monitor and update inventory movements in real-time within the Odoo ERP system.
3) Documentation & Records Management:
- Maintain organized electronic and physical documentation for easy retrieval and audit compliance.- Ensure all transactional documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and correctly filed.
