Responsibilities:

• Planning and managing the full cycle of warehouse work and operations;
• Monitoring the quality and efficiency of work performed, recording the performance of the warehouse;
• Calculation of the required number of personnel based on volumes, flexible allocation to activities and tasks during the shift;
• Team management, SMART-goal setting and control of execution, motivation and evaluation of staff competencies;
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, rules, instructions and regulations;
• Interaction with the customer of the warehouse complex (online retail, retail area).

Requirements:

• Higher education (required);
• Relevant experience in warehouse logistics at the site of 10 thousand square meters. (Required);
• Experience in team building, team management of 50-60 people (must);
• Personal skills of working "on the floor" - with warehouse equipment, system, processes (mandatory);
• Highly employee oriented, well-developed communication and leadership skills;
• Advanced user of MS Office (Excel);
