Responsibilities:
- Security of the territory of the site;
- Taking care of equipment (garden equipment, snowmobile, etc.),
- Taking care of the site and maintaining cleanliness: collecting and taking out garbage, if necessary, cleaning the buildings on the site (the bath and others); heating the bath (once a week), taking care of plants and soil (mowing the lawn once a week (about 8 acres), cleaning leaves, etc.;
- Minor home repairs (maintaining electrical, lighting and heating fixtures and other equipment), possibly doing some carpentry work);
- Supervision of staff (gardener, workers);
- Performing other personal errands.

Requirements:
- Experience as an au pair;
- Ability to handle gardening equipment (power saws, lawn mowers, sprinklers, etc.);
- Responsibility, practicality, honesty and husbandry;

Conditions:
- Schedule: 2 days through 2, with accommodation in a guest house on the territory of the employer;
- Payment 27000 rubles on hand, pay once a month.
