Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategy with CIS and Eastern European customers
- Increase of sales volume and development of customer base on the territory under control
- Carry out regular sales and development planning in the regions on a monthly, seasonal, annual and long term basis
- Ensure that the company's quantitative and qualitative KPI targets for its business area are met
- Interact with actual and potential clients to maintain and expand the assortment matrix
- Initiate, implement and oversee brand promotion programs with partners
- Control of mutual observance of contractual obligations in terms of cooperation with partners
- Monitoring of timeliness of payments by partners and minimization of accounts receivable
- Participation in exhibitions and other events to promote the brand and attract new potential partners
- Analysis and reporting
Requirements:
- Successful experience in personal B2B and B2C sales
- Good knowledge of MS Office, 1C, SAP
- Knowledge of retail and wholesale footwear/clothing market
- Experience in developing new partners and distributors
- Experience in running existing outlets (marketing, personnel work, assortment filling/planning, standards compliance)
- Knowledge of forms and methods of planning and forecasting of partner base development (branded trade, cooperation with trade networks, multi-brand stores of various formats, internet-shops, etc.)
- Effective negotiating skills
- Knowledge of English - C1 (required)
